When God was creating the World, all the Angels rejoiced but one - the Kashubian Angel. 'Why are you so sad?' asked God. 'You've made the world so beautiful, but the you've left the Kashubian Land so poor, with nothing except sand!' replied the Angel. God looked around and said 'Indeed, you have a right to be angry, but look into this chest and see what is left there.' The Angel lifted the cover and cried with joy 'Oh, I see lakes, forests and hills! And the blue sea, and a piece of good land!' God smiled and said 'Now pour all that out to your Kashubian Land.' And that's what the Angel did. And that's why Kashubian Land is so beautiful.

It is because of those diversified land forms and specific location that the Kashubian Land can offer a lot to its visitors. Particularly its northern part, the Puck Region, called Norda, attracts thousands of tourists every year, mainly in summer.
